For most of us, this week tends to look and feel a little crazy.
Actually, the next month is probably going to feel that way as we hurry from family and Friendsgiving dinners to Christmas shopping and everything else that falls into that awkward, stressful in-between space that the Holiday season seems to invoke in all of us.
Maybe you feel a little bit of anxiety or worry as Thanksgiving approaches, or sorrow for a loved one lost. I know I’m feeling a bit short-circuited, and perhaps you can relate.
That’s why I believe this week’s blog post comes at a good time for both of us, friend. Because in today’s blog post, we’re going to talk about living an unhurried life and how living unhurried and unrushed is actually what we were created for.
I’m also going to introduce you to a practice that you may find life-giving as you prepare your heart for the Holiday season.
